Exhibiting at Printsource New York

Printsource is held three times a year, in January, April and August. Design studios are admitted after submitting a portfolio of their work. This screening process ensures that the highest design standards are maintained on the exhibit floor.

Standard booth size is 10 foot wide x 9 foot deep. Others sizes are available. Booth package includes 9 foot-high hard walls, tables and chairs, booth sign, spotlights, directory listing and a wastebasket.

After each show, exhibitors receive a comprehensive report on attendees. The listing, alphabetized by company name, includes the buyer's address, phone and fax, e-mail and web address (when available) and in many cases specific information concerning product categories. This list is an invaluable resource for anyone wishing to reach America's most active buyers of prints and graphics. It is the best, most reliable source of data for the print design industry in the U.S.

An international promotion campaign

Printsource is promoted through an extensive direct mail and advertising campaign, both nationally and internationally.
